Idaho taxpayer rights spelled out in new brochure

BOISE, IDAHO — Feb. 3, 2015 — Did you know you have the right to ask the Idaho State Tax Commission to cancel penalties if you can show reasonable cause for not complying with the law? Did you know you have the right to request a refund for up to three years after the due date of a tax return?
